From IT manager to entrepreneur
Ruben van der Graaf did not start from technology, but from people. Technology was always there, as a child he helped neighbours with computer problems, and later he combined people and technology in every role.
He grew through roles as support engineer, application manager, team lead and IT manager, responsible for international IT operations and several teams across Europe. One question kept coming back: why do we do it this way?
That question became the basis for shift-left, automation and eventually ServiceChanger. ServiceManagementPartner is where that experience comes together: giving direction to service organizations that want to achieve more with the same people.
