This Cookie Policy explains how ServiceManagementPartner, the advisory service of ServiceChanger B.V. ("ServiceManagementPartner", "we", "us", or "our"), uses cookies on servicemanagementpartner.nl.

The one cookie we use

We use a single functional cookie. We do not use analytics, advertising, social media or tracking cookies of any kind.

• NEXT_LOCALE: A functional cookie that remembers your language choice (Dutch or English) so the site is shown in your preferred language. It is set for up to twelve months and is marked SameSite=Lax and, on secure connections, Secure.

No tracking, no consent banner

Because the only cookie is a strictly functional one, we do not show a cookie consent banner: under the EU ePrivacy rules a functional cookie that is needed to deliver the site does not require prior consent. We do not place advertising, profiling or social media cookies, we do not follow you across other websites, and we do not sell your data. If we ever add a non-functional cookie, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

Legal basis

Under the Dutch Telecommunications Act (which implements the EU ePrivacy Directive) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a strictly necessary cookie that is needed to provide a service you have requested does not require prior consent. We rely on this exemption for the functional language cookie.

How to control cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or remove cookies and warn you before they are stored. If you block the functional cookie, the site may not remember your language.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes to the cookies we use or to applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
